Had a day with Stephen from FPO on the boat at Lake Tyler a few weeks ago and it was very relaxing. Had a few bites on the lines that morning, but no reels in, still had a good time.
Been out a couple of times with FPO and had an excellent experience both times. Neither trip was successful, in terms of harvesting anything, but they were both very successful, in terms of personal decompression. For me it was great just getting outside, sharing some stories, and some laughs. I had a great time; no stress, good chats, and even some learning. FPO truly believes in what they are doing for veterans and it shows.
Not much of a writer, but I do want to take the initiative to not only recommend but exalt the great efforts that FPO affords us from a meaningful conversation with the kindest and most humble people to heart-warming connections through unforgettable camaraderie. FPO has shown me that there’s much more out there, you just have to trust God. Thank you FPO for helping me find my purpose.
